About Us
InterTradeIreland Network+Getwork Programme is an exciting trade development initiative facilitated by the Nothern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce to encourage and assist companies in Ireland and Northern Ireland to explore cross border business opportunities with some of the island’s largest procurement organisations.
The objective of Network+Getwork is to stimulate cross-border trade through the facilitation of meetings for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Ireland with larger procurement organisations.
Large procurement groups of sector-specific organisations (eg. construction, food and tourism retail, tradeable services, etc.) will play host to multi-buyer Network+Getwork events.
Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce
The Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce engages and supports local business by providing exceptional networking and business development opportunities, promoting members’ commercial interests, influencing government economic policy and assisting member companies to develop new and expanded export trade potential.
With access to more than 4,000 member businesses across Northern Ireland representing every sector of the business community, from the sole trader to businesses with thousands of employees, the chamber of commerce movement is the largest private-sector forum in Northern Ireland and we welcome input from our members on all issues, which affect business.
Our functions provide opportunities for business people to meet socially, exchange cards, discuss business, make new contacts at decision-maker level, share problems and meet potential customers and suppliers from a wide range of business sectors.
Dublin Chamber of Commerce
Dublin Chamber of Commerce represents the interests of businesses, both large and small, in Ireland's capital. As the premier networking organisation in the city, the Chamber offers significant opportunities to promote your business and network with other members.
The Chamber provides a range of business services, including business training, visa and export documentation, international business opportunities and discounts for members on a range of business services.
InterTradeIreland
The two economies on the island of Ireland face similar challenges arising from the increasing pace intensity of global competition.
Both governments have agreed that cooperation across a range of areas - including infrastructure, innovation and enterprise development - can benefit everyone.
InterTradeIreland plays a unique role in helping the two governments improve economic conditions by:
- undertaking research that highlights and makes recommendations on the benefits of increased cooperation
- developing and delivering programmes to help companies take advantage of the business opportunities available across the island
- supporting networks that enable businesses to share their experience and expertise, develop new products and identify new markets
InterTradeIreland, the Trade and Business Development Body, is one of the six cross-border bodies established under the Belfast Agreement, 1999.
